Each room or space is listed on the Capacity Table above which showcases the size of the event space as well as the maximum number of people the space will cater for in a given arrangement.

We can organise our event spaces to meet your needs. We currently offer the following arrangements:

  • Boardroom: Featuring a centred table with chairs positioned around the outside, this is an ideal configuration for interactive events with less than 40 attendees.
  • Theatre: Much like a cinema, all attendees are seated facing the front of the room, making this a suitable room configuration for presentations, lectures, or performances.
  • Classroom: Each attendee is seated at a table facing the front of the room allowing for note-taking. This configuration is suitable for presentations and lectures, and requires a resonably large space.
  • U-Shape: Tables are arranged in a U-Shape with chairs positioned around the outside making this an ideal configuration for collaborative and interactive events.
  • Open-Ended (Banquet): Round tables with attendees seated in a u-shape facing the front of the room. Ideal for presentations and lectures.
  • Cocktail: An informal arrangement of high-top tables allows guests to mingle freely through the room – perfect as a reception space, or for a networking event. As there is limited furniture, this configuration can fit the maximum number of attendees.
  • Banquet: Oval or round tables are arranged within the event space, with attendees seated around each table. This configuration can be used to meet a wide variety of needs, including for sit-down meals, as a reception space, for presentations and lectures, and networking events.
