All event guests are required to stay at Wild Africa Lodge to ensure a seamless and immersive experience.

To hold an event at the Lodge, you and all of your guests must be guests. Each event will be bespoke – please enquire using the form above to discuss your needs with our Events team.
Yes, you and your guests all need to be staying at Wild Africa Lodge as it is exclusive to it’s guests. Guests of Monarto Safari Resort’s Hotel are not permitted to access.
Wild Africa Lodge offers an all-inclusive package for individual travellers. For groups and events, event pricing is applied on top of the all-inclusive rate and will depend on your specific requirements. Each event will be bespoke – our Events team will be able to work with you on your unique vision and provide a quote based on your wants and needs.
If you have exclusive use of Wild Africa Lodge, meaning all 20 tents are occupied by you and your guests, you will have access to all public areas of the central lodge for your event, from the main and private dining rooms to the outdoor lounge and firepit. If there are other guests staying at the Lodge that are not in your party, your event will be contained to certain areas so as to not disturb other guests.
The minimum capacity is 10 guests and the maximum capacity is 40 guests.
For larger events, Monarto Safari Resort – located nearby – can accommodate up to 150 guests, offering additional flexibility for conferences, gala dinners and large scale celebrations.
Yes, all catering is provided by our in-house culinary team. We offer a variety of menus featuring locally sourced ingredients and can accommodate dietary requirements with prior notice. These event menus are created bespoke for each group by our Executive Chef. For menu options and to discuss your requirements, please contact our Events team using the Enquiry Form above.
Yes – our private dining room is equipped with a wall-mounted monitor and includes AV capabilities for audio conferencing. Additional basic AV equipment can be provided on request, subject to availability. Please note that a dedicated AV technician is not on site. For more advanced technical set-ups, we recommend engaging an external AV provider.
Yes, Wild Africa Lodge offers exclusive booking of all 20 safari tents for groups, and additional overflow accommodation can be arranged at Monarto Safari Resort if required. For pricing and availability, please enquire using the form above. There are no age restrictions for groups that have booked exclusive use of Wild Africa Lodge.
