As you explore the parklands from the comfort of the accessible Safari Truck, you’ll have the opportunity to observe and photograph animals including Southern White Rhinos, Giraffes, Cheetahs, Eland, Ostriches, and Zebras. You’ll be served some light refreshments along the way so you won’t miss a minute of the action!

Departing two hours before sunset daily, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to Monarto Safari Park after hours, with ample opportunity to immerse yourself in the vast parklands and watch the free-roaming herds of African animals across 550 hectares. As you explore the parklands from the comfort of the accessible Safari Truck, you’ll have the opportunity to observe and photograph animals including Southern White Rhinos, Giraffes, Cheetahs, Eland, Ostriches, and Zebras. Drinks and canapes will be served during the tour, capping off the unforgettable experience.

Exclusive Monarto Safari Resort Offer!
Spend the day exploring Monarto Safari Park via the guided Zu-Loop bus experience, or a combination of the Zu-Loop bus and walking. Monarto is the largest open-range safari experience in the world outside of Africa. You can hop on and off the bus at the wildlife viewing platforms and spend time observing your favourite animal species, including Giraffes, Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Rhinos, Chimpanzees, and more.
Additionally, you can enhance your visit by attending Daily Keeper Presentations and booking a range of intimate behind-the-scenes animal experiences.

The room rates apply per night of your booking.
There are seasonal periods where a minimum stay applies. Select your dates through the booking system to view available dates.
Meals
You can select a room rate which includes breakfast during your stay – click the “book now” button and select the room you are interested in to view the different rates available. Breakfast is offered at a discounted rate to guests who book in advance.
For guests who have not included breakfast in their booking, breakfast can be purchased on the day and costs $40 per adult, $25 per child.
Activities
Activities are not included in the room rate. We have a number of exclusive tours for guests of Monarto Safari Resort. We also offer an exclusive discounted entry rate for Monarto Safari Park. These experiences are available to purchase as an add on to your accommodation through the ‘Book Now’ process. Alternatively, you can purchase these from the front desk of Monarto Safari Resort (subject to availability).

The Dawn Safari Experience and Sunset Safari Experience are exclusively for Monarto Safari Resort guests and are not available for non-Resort guests.
The discounted General Admission ticket prices are only available to guests of Monarto Safari Resort. These can be purchased in advance of your stay, or from the front desk during your stay.
As the Sunset Safari Experiences are seasonal, your exact departure time will be communicated to you at check-in. Generally, these Experiences will depart from Monarto Safari Resort 2.5 hours before sunset.

The waterhole is located incredibly close to the Resort, offering spectacular views of the Wild Africa animals as they come in to drink. Animals in this area include:
- Giraffe
- Ostrich
- Zebra
- Eland
- Oryx
- Blackbuck
Additional animals will join this area shortly after opening – keep an eye out for announcements.

Monarto Safari Resort offers a number of facilities for guests with accessibility requirements.
