In this one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll be among the first to stay at Safari Lodge, our new luxury safari destination, with an exclusive overnight food and wine adventure, created in association with Tasting Australia.

After checking in, you’ll begin your journey with arrival drinks and canapes, before joining a bespoke guided safari through Monarto Safari Park’s Wild Africa in a purpose-built Safari Landcruiser. You’ll be able to spot and even get an up-close view of some of Africa’s most majestic creatures including giraffe, zebra, rhino and cheetah.

Then, it’s back to the Lodge for pre-dinner drinks against the stunning sunset. The evening crescendos with a seven-course degustation by Executive Chef DeBuys Nortier, each dish perfectly paired and personally presented by local South Australian winemakers.
