You can hop on and off the bus at the wildlife viewing platforms and spend time observing your favourite animal species, including Giraffes, Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Rhinos, Chimpanzees, and more.
Additionally, you can enhance your visit by attending Daily Keeper Presentations and booking a range of intimate behind-the-scenes animal experiences. These are bookable via the Monarto Safari Park website.
Every visit to Monarto Safari Park contributes to the Conservation Fund, directly promoting the conservation efforts of ZoosSA.

Take a seat at Kutjera Restaurant & Bar for a curated menu of contemporary Australian cuisine. Bookings are currently open for breakfast and dinner for in-house guests only, and the general public are welcome to join us for all-day dining without a booking.

Breakfast can be purchased as part of your room rate and is offered at a discounted rate for guests who book in advance. For guests who have not included breakfast in their booking, it can be purchased on the day at the price of $40 per adult and $25 per child.
Marula Day Spa features a Jurlique-exclusive, signature menu of restorative therapies and nourishing beauty experiences. Our Day Spa features single and couple treatment rooms, vitality and plunge pools, and a sauna, and is open to both Resort guests and the general public.
The Day Spa will be open 7 days a week 9:00am to 5:00pm. Any bookings outside of these hours are by appointment only.
Room rates apply per night of your booking.
You can select a room rate which includes breakfast during your stay – click the ‘book now’ button and select the room you are interested in to view the various rates available. Breakfast is offered at a discounted rate for guests who book in advance.
Activities are not included in the room rate. Our exclusive tours and exclusive discounted entry rate for Monarto Safari Park are available to purchase as an add on when booking your accommodation.
We currently require a 2-night minimum stay over Saturday night. There may also be seasonal periods where a minimum stay applies.
The Dawn and Sunset Wildlife Safari experiences are exclusively for our guests and are not available for those not staying at Monarto Safari Resort.
The discounted Monarto Safari Park General Admission ticket prices are only available to our guests. These can be purchased at the time of booking or from the Front Desk during your stay.
The waterhole is located incredibly close to the Resort, offering spectacular views of the Wild Africa animals as they come in to drink. Animals in this area include giraffe, zebra, eland, ostrich, nyala, oryx, blackbuck and barbary rams.
Guests will only be collected at the Resort for our exclusive Wildlife Safari experiences. For general admission to the Park, guests must self-drive.
As the Sunset Wildlife Safaris are seasonal, your exact departure time will be communicated to you prior to your arrival or at check-in. Generally, these experiences will depart from Monarto Safari Resort 2.5 hours before sunset. Please note that this may be before the usual check-in time throughout the winter months.
Both accessible rooms and interconnecting rooms are available to book online by clicking the ‘book now’ button and following the prompts.
